Registration for the 2011 European CWG Conference must be done on the CWG Website AFTER you login.   The information below is for information purposes only. 

 

Go to the bottom of this page and click on CONFERENCE REGISTRATION and it will return you to the CWG Registration Page.


Rates and Dates

2011 European CWG Conference registration includes access to the event, presentations, and meals provided during the conference (Morning Break/Lunch/Afternoon Break) .

Conference Registration (does not include hotel room)   If you need to cancel your registration
  1. Click on the CONFERENCE REGISTRATION link at bottom of this page "Registration for 2011 European CWG Conference in Cologne, Germany"
  2. Select if you are NEW to the CWG conferences
  3. Select your GENDER and SHIRT SIZE so that the correct shirt can be ordered (if applicable)
  4. Select the conference DAYS you will be attending
  5. Select the HOTEL option (note that all Hotel reservation/cancelllation are the responsibility of the attendee)
  6. Click on the button "Sign Up" to register for the event
  7. Once on the Registration site, Click the link to get to the CWG Conference reservation page.  Once you have registered for the conference, a hotel reservation will be made for you.  The CWG special rate -- of € 135 per night.
  
  1. Click on the "Signup information" link at the bottom of this page
  2. Scroll to the end of your registration details
  3. Click on "cancel signup"and confirm your cancelation
  4. You can also email secretary@configuration-workgroup.com if you have difficulties with conference cancellation.
  5. Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately. Contact the hotel directly for cancellation instructions
