Thank you for your interest in presenting at our upcoming CWG Conference.  In order to help us (the CWG Program Committee) properly understand, evaluate/categorize, and schedule your presentation, please take a few minutes to fill in this Presentation Abstract.  Your name, presentation title and presentation abstract are required information.

 

Please note that presentation formats are NOT limited to the traditional General Session Presentation (Big Stage, Large Audience).  Presentation participation can take the form of either the more “traditional” format (as previously mentioned) or the form of a smaller, more focused, breakout session.  In addition, depending on the topic, a presentation can take the form of both a traditional presentation, leading to opportunities for more focused discussions during a breakout session.  Your selection of a presentation format will communicate your preference; however, the presentation committee reserves the right to expand/compress the format as the topic and/or timing dictates.

 

When filling out the Presentation Abstract bullet, please include a few sentences that highlight the key learning points that you (the presenter) would like the audience to take away from your presentation


Note: a key learning point should NOT be product or consulting firm XYZ is the best; therefore audience members should buy/hire said product or firm.  All presentations of this sort will be rejected by the Program Committee.

 

Many abstracts are submitted shortly after the Call for Presentations (sent in mid December 2010 and mid January 2011) and abstracts that are submitted before 25 March 2011 will be given priority over abstracts that are submitted after this date.

In order to have a presentation time reserved, it is necessary to submit a completed abstract.  eMails will not be accepted as abstracts.


This abstract submission deadline to the Program Committee (programcommittee@configuration-workgroup.com) is 8 April 2011.
