Rates and Dates
2011 European CWG Conference registration includes access to the event, presentations, and meals provided during the conference (Morning Break/Lunch/Afternoon Break) .

Select if you are NEW to the CWG conferences
Select your GENDER and SHIRT SIZE so that the correct shirt can be ordered (if applicable)
Select the conference DAYS you will be attending
Select the HOTEL option (note that all Hotel reservation/cancelllation are the responsibility of the attendee)
Click on the button "Sign Up" to register for the event
Once on the Registration site, Click the link to get to the CWG Conference reservation page. Once you have registered for the conference, a hotel reservation will be made for you. The CWG special rate -- of € 135 per night.

Scroll to the end of your registration details
Click on "cancel signup"and confirm your cancelation
Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately. Contact the hotel directly for cancellation instructions
